INITIATION

Preparations are underway for 'THE TRIP,' which is some 80 days away, including;

• The RTWT ticket is near finalised,
• Haggling over travel insurance, car rental and cheapish accommodation has begun,
• Friends & family have been warned about the real possibility of me landing on their doorstep complete with cheesey grin, thirst for adventure and supply of cherry ripes and gravox (don't ask!) in hand,
• Luggage and personal items are however yet to be contemplated.

The excitement, buzz and realisation are starting to kick in due to the last biggish (on my scale anyway) trip being completed over 5 years ago which entailed England, Scotland, France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Leichtenstein, Netherlands and Belgium.

The pending trip will include US, Mexico, Canada, Italy (Tuscany) and China.
